Mr. Slawomir (Slawek) Radon joined ORLEN S.A. as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer effective 1 April 2026. Slawek Radon holds Master's degree in Automation and Robotics from the University of Science and Technology in Kraków (AGH) and an Executive MBA from Columbia University in New York, USA. He is an experienced leader with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, including in the areas of fuels, decarbonization, and strategic partnerships in bp Group. Throughout his career, he held number of regional and global senior leadership roles in bp, in Central Europe, the UK, and the US. His last position, before joining Orlen, was as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Global Business Development, where he was responsible for building relationships with OEMs worldwide, developing commercial and marketing programs, and managing teams in Europe, China, Japan, and the USA.
